Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce fresh cranberries
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

Combine cranberries, sugar and water. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. You may put in jars. Makes 7 cups.
