Chive Mustard Butter
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coarse mustard
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 stick butter softened
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives or 3 tablespoons chopped garlic chives
Instructions
In a heavy saucepan mix together the first four ingredients. Gradually add the butter and whisk over low flame until sauce has reached a creamy consistency. Remove from heat and stir in the chives. Use on roasts of all kinds or over green beans, broccoli, spinach or baked onions.
