Cracker Barrel's White Gravy

Ingredients
- 5 slice maple bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Cook and brown bacon. Remove and crumble.

Add the butter and onions to the pan, and cook until onions are translucent.

Turn heat to low and add flour. Cook for about 3 minutes and continue to stir.
