Easy Paleo Chinese Plum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1 lb of plums, pitted and chopped – approx. 2 cups
- 1 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 1 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 Salt to taste

Place the plums, onion, and garlic into a blender.

Blend well.

Place the blended sauce into a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add in the rest of the spices and condiments to taste. Stir well.
