Feta and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 roasted red peppers, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c almonds, toasted
- 8 lg garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ts red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/3 pound crumbled feta cheese
- salt/pepper
Instructions
Good served as vegetable dip, over baked potatoes, or a sauce for grilled meats.
