Gravlaks saus
Ingredients
- 3 tsps wine vinegar
- 2-3 tsp sugar
- 4 tsps mustard
- 1 1/2 to 2 decilitre oil (not olive)
- 1 decilitre dill, finely chopped
Instructions
Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard. Stir in oil a bit at the time. Add dill.
