Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
- 3 tablespoon well-drained prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Beat whipping cream in chilled 1 /2-pint bowl until stiff. Fold in horseradish and salt. 1 cup sauce; 25 calories per tablespoon. Delicious topping for beef. ham or pork.
