Oriental Dipping Sauce for Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 small piece finely chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Blend orange marmalade, orange juice and lemon juice in blender or food processor or beat vigorously by hand. Add dry mustard, horseradish and ginger. Blend and chill.
