Pineapple Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbl cornstarch.
- 20 ounces can crushed pineapple with juice
- the crushed pineapple
- 1/4 C cinnamon candies
- 1/4 C orange juice (or orange liqueur)
Instructions
(makes 2 1/2 C). In a medium saucepan, place cornstarch Drain and reserve the juice from canned pineapple. Slowly add the reserved juice to the cornstarch, stirring well until smooth. Add: the crushed pineapple, cinnamon candies and orange juice (or orange liqueur). Place the saucepan over high heat, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
