Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (homemade or prepared)
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Crystal hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Yield: about 2 cups. Combine the mayonnaise with the mustard, ketchup, green onions, parsley, celery, garlic, paprika, and hot sauce. Mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator and chill completely. The sauce will keep for several days.
