"This sauce comes together easily in just minutes. The highlighted flavor is the sundried tomatoes. Chopped up green olives add another dimension, but can be left off if you don't love olives. This sauce will elevate the flavor of simple chicken, fish or makes a wonderful vegetarian dish served over pasta. While not officially a low calorie sauce, it is on the lighter side, with the base being mostly chicken stock or broth. Your family will love it!"
