Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced pickle
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced capers
- 1 tablespoon minced onion

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with fish. Yield: 1 1/4 cup.
