Ingredients
- 1 - 2 small chiles, minced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar, heated
- 1/2 cup nuoc mam (fish sauce)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 small carrot, finely shredded, rinsed and squeezed dry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup sugar
