Cheese and Ham Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (9 inch)
- 2 cups Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 ham slices, thin, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash nutmeg
- 2 cups light cream
- butter
Instructions
Bake pie shell, cool 10 minutes. Mix flour with cheese. Spread ham and cheese over bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs with whisk, add salt, nutmeg and cream. Pour over ham and cheese. Dot with butter. Bake in 375 degree oven. Test for doneness. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
