Impossible Tuna Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup (about 8-ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
- Layer tuna, celery, cheese, and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake until golden brown or until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
