Leftover Ham Pie
When the moon hits the sky like a big ham filled pie that's delicious. Leftover Ham Pie is a fantastic leftover ham recipe that will satisfy the family. Filled with potatoes and cheese, this flaky crust will have you wanting it for dessert too.

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw shredded potatoes
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup finley shredded ham
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
- Combine potatoes and the 1/2 cup cheese.
- Press on bottom and up sides of buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine eggs, peas, ham, cheese, milk and onion. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or bubbly brown and set). Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
