Sage Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

  • (9-inch) pie shell
  • 6-8 ounces sage sausage
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (Cheddar, Jack, or combo)
  • garlic salt

Instructions

Bake pie shell - lightly blind bake it. Brown meat lightly, and drain thoroughly. In a medium/large mixing bowl, blend next 4 ingredients. Stir in meat, onion, cheese, and garlic salt. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350 F oven, 25-30 minutes or until pie tests clean. Variations: Greek: ground lamb with feta. Italian: Italian sausage and mozzarella/provolone. Serves 4.
