Classic Scones
Ingredients
- 280 gram all-purpose flour
- 65 gram granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 110 gram unsalted butter, chilled
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 125 gram raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220C. Make as per usual.
