Ingredients

  • 280 gram all-purpose flour
  • 65 gram granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 110 gram unsalted butter, chilled
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 125 gram raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 220C. Make as per usual.
