Killer Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon, sliced w/peel
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 fresh Anaheim chile, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound shrimp, large
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients and place in a Ziploc bag; add shrimp and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400F until just done, 10-15 minutes. If too thick, add broth or wine to dilute.
