Maryland Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 3 slices bread
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)g

Instructions

Make crumbs from the bread. Mix all ingredients together. Form into cakes about 1/2 - 3/4 inches thick. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side (til golden brown - do not over cook).
