Sauteed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. cayenne, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, to taste
  • olive oil
  • splash of white wine

Instructions

Serving Size : 2. Mix all ingredients for dry rub and rub the jumbo shrimp, let set for 1 hour, then saute the shrimp with a little olive oil, adding a splash of white wine. Saute until they are pink on each side (don't overcook) To do on grill, marinate with dry-rub for 1 hour and then baste with olive oil and white wine on grill, until pink on both sides.
