Scallops and Bacon
Ingredients
- Thaw scallops if frozen, rinse and dry them; if large, cut them in
- half. Preheat oven to 475. Wrap each in a thin slice of bacon,
- overlapping it a little, and secure it with a wooden cocktail pick.
- Place scallops in rows on a rack to bake or broil until bacon is
- crisp; turn once only. Serve with a dunking sauce of melted butter
- seasoned with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
