Shrimp and Scallops
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- sliced mushrooms
- bernaise sauce
- 2 cups white/yellow cheese
Instructions
Braise seafood in salted water. Set aside. Saute mushrooms in garlic butter. Place seafood, mushrooms, sauce and cheese in individual baking dishes. Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Add extra cheese and broil until bubbly. Top with fresh parmesan.
