3 Bean Salad, Take Two
This is a very basic variation on 3 Bean Salad. The addition of corn gives this recipe some color and crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 small can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.

For an easy, quick variation image my three bean salad using 1 can each green beans, garbanzo beans, black beans, and Zesty Italian dressing. The kids love it and it makes a great light summer lunch.
