Avocado, Bacon, and Sausage Baked Potatoes

"I love so many of the classics, but I love to pick one or two dishes to change up. We’ve made our Thanksgiving turkey a few different ways, I’ve made a delicious casserole to enjoy our holiday leftovers for days afterwards, and I’ve tried several different side dishes. One side dish I love to play around with is potatoes. They’re so versatile and easy to switch up, whether you like them mashed or baked or something else entirely. This time I decided to go with baked potatoes and I thought I’d make them with a bit of a twist."
