Baked Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno
" Do you like cheesy baked pasta dinners? I absolutely do! It's my guilty pleasure. So, of course, I was bound to share my take on an olive garden classic, the baked five cheese ziti al forno. Ziti are a pasta shape, resembling penne pasta. In fact, you can make this recipe with penne too if you can't get ziti. I use 5 cheeses in this: cream cheese, emmental, fontina, mozzarella, and parmesan. If you can't get emmental or fontina, switch with something like cheddar or gruyere cheese. Parmesan can be substituted with pecorino too and cream cheese with Italian fresh ricotta cheese. "
