"This a beautiful melody of cheese brought together in a creamy cheesy dip. This is a must have if you ever travel to Germany to attend any of the Oktoberfest festivals. Obatzda paired with beer is just delicious. This Bavarian cheese dip or obatzda, has strong flavors which go really well with a pretzel. I like adding this dip as part of my cheese platter. You can try fresh cut vegetables, crackers. My all time favorite is just over some fresh toast."
