Butter Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms
"Mushrooms are so versatile and delicious with most main course meals. Sometimes the simplest mushroom dishes are the best, such as this butter garlic sauteed mushrooms. I used button mushrooms in the how to video and pictures but you can use other mushrooms to make this dish as well. Use cremini, portobello, chanterelle or shiitake if you like. This side dish comes together easily within minutes in a skillet over the stovetop and is a great recipe for all those learning to cook from scratch. Serve it up your way with steak, toast, roasted vegetables or how about using your mushrooms as a delicious pizza topping? "
