"This Catalan-style spinach, known as Espinacas a la Catalana, is what simple and delicious food is all about. We´re talking a ton of great flavors, minimal ingredients and all done in about 15 minutes. Serve it as a side dish or even as a tapas appetizer, next to some slices of toasted baguette. To make this recipe, I used fresh bagged spinach. As you know I love this stuff, because it´s pre-cleaned and pre-cut. However, you can also use frozen spinach if you like. Just make sure to fully thaw out beforehand and pat completely dry."
