" I bet you have heard or even tried a beef wellington but have you come across a salmon wellington? It's a recipe based on the beef variation just with salmon fish! I came up with a recipe for individual salmon wellington. It's a quick version with store-bought puff pastry but you still have to sauté the mushroom parsley duxelles, which takes this dish to a whole new level of awesomeness. The salmon wellington makes for a perfect Christmas or new year's dinner main course dish. It cooks rather fast and it's almost fool-proof. I have put together a recipe with progress shots and a video to help you make this easier. "
