Scottish Cabbage Rolls

"With Christmas around the corner, I wanted to share one of my ultimate favorite Ukrainian Christmas comfort food recipes – the best cabbage rolls! Although I am Ukrainian and adore Ukrainian food, these are not your typical traditional Ukrainian cabbage rolls. These gluten-free hearty, meaty cabbage rolls (holubsti) are stuffed with ground beef, rice, mushrooms and smothered in a tomato sauce. They came from my Mom's (Scottish side of the family), in an attempt to please her Ukrainian husband. Not sure how proud they would make Baba, but I am sure she'd love them anyway !"
