Ingredients
- 18 oz red potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the potatoes into an-inch thick.

Boil the potatoes in salted water for three minutes.

Drain in a colander and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the oils, half teaspoon of harissa, and ground pepper.

Toss the potatoes over the harissa-oil mixture.

Place the tossed potatoes on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are still in the oven, combine minced garlic, half a teaspoon of harissa, chili flakes, and salt.
