Spicy One Pot Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
- 3 pound chicken, cut up
- 2 quart water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cup ham, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup stew meat, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 can (about 16 ounces) tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 pound lima beans, thawed
- 1 pound corn, partially thawed
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a slow cooker combine chicken with water, onion, ham, stew meat, and potatoes. Cook covered on low setting for 4 to 5 hours, or until chicken is done.
- Lift chicken out of pot; remove meat from bones. Return chicken meat to pot. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, salt, seasoned salt, sugar, pepper, carrot, hot sauce, bouillon cubes, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on high setting for one hour.
