Carol's Turkey Soup Slow Cooker Style
This hearty soup comes together beautifully in the slow cooker and is reminiscent of a turkey chili. For a vegetarian option, try replacing the beef bouillon with vegetable broth and add more veggies or beans instead of turkey.

Hello virdor 7327788, Sorry for the confusion on this recipe, that picture above is actually of diced carrots, which is part of this recipe. This recipe was one of our reader submitted recipes, so sorry if it's confusing. My suggestion is that you brown the turkey in a frying pan briefly before you toss it into the slow cooker. Mix in the other ingredients with the browned turkey once it's in the slow cooker and you should be good to go. Thanks again for your questions/feedback.

How do you turn 1 pound of ground turkey into little sections like the picture shows? Do you just throw the chunk of turkey into the cooker and hope for the best? Thanks for the help. Virgil
