These garlic potato chips have a really nice color, thanks to the tomato sauce. It'll be easier to use garlic flavored tomato sauce in this recipe instead of garlic cloves and plain tomato sauce. I like using garlic flavored tomato sauce when making pizza so I don't have to add garlic separately. It saves a bit of time.
