- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 dash hot sauce
- 12 ounce shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 can chopped green chiles (4 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Note: These can be made ahead and frozen. To reheat, cover lightly with foil and bake in 350-degree oven until warmed through.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a square baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Mix to combine.

Pour hot sauce, cheese, and chiles.

Add taco seasoning & salt

Pour into prepared dish and bake for 45 minutes.
