"These crunchy homemade habanero pickles with garlic will change your view on pickles – they have so much more flavor than the usual dill pickles. We used habaneros to really spice things up, but you can pick a less spicy pepper if you can't take the heat. These are "refrigerator" pickles, so they don't meed to be canned, and will last in the fridge for weeks (if you don't eat them all to quickly first). "
