"Maple and spice roasted nuts made with raw or blanched nut selection. Better than any you buy, and you can make them differently flavoured every time. The nut selection in the recipe is my favourite – peanuts, almonds and pistachios – but any other nuts or seeds can be swapped or added. Maple syrup gives better result than honey in my view but again, feel free to change. The amount makes one large bowl in just about half an hour. They stay crunchy if kept in an airtight tub. "
