Melody's Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Don't throw those seeds away after you carve a pumpkin! Use them to try this recipe for Melody's Roasted Pumpkin Seeds! This roasted pumpkin seed recipe adds Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce for an extra kick.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch garlic salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter. Once melted, add all other ingredients except seeds. Stir to combine.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
- Lay pumpkin seeds flat on surface and drizzle with marinade. Toss to make sure each seed is coated evenly.
- Place seeds in the oven for 30 minutes. Toss seeds every 10 minutes.
- Let cool. Enjoy alone or mix with peanuts, pretzels, and popcorn.
