No bake Candy Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 Tbls. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 oz. water (about 6 tablespoons)

Instructions

Melt butter and add sugar & water, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover pan and gently boil for about 4 minutes. Uncover & cook to the soft ball stage with out stirring. Pour over popcorn and stir well. Spread out on waxpaper and allow to harden.
