Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Potato, Cooked and Mashed
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Oats
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Almond Milk, Optional if Mixture is Dry
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  1. Cook sweet potatoes and let them cool.

  2. Drain beans and mix all ingredients in a strong blender or food processor and blend, adding chocolate chips in last.

  3. Roll into small bite sized balls and place on a baking sheet or a flat surface, and place in the freezer for one hour or more. Once bites are frozen, you can transition to a ziplock bag for storage.

  4. Take bites out when ready to enjoy!
