Red hot Roasted Pecans

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Toss all ingredients together until well coated. Spread pecans on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until fragrant. Stir often to prevent burning.
