Crab Bisque
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound diced fresh shrimp
- 1/4 pound fresh chopped mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sherry
Instructions
Serves 6 to 8.. Melt butter and saute 1/2 cup diced onion and 1/2 cup diced celery in skillet and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until steaming.
