"Here is a recipe for simple, tasty cabbage stew. Today we tackle cabbage stew made in a pressure cooker. In the region, cabbage stew is known simply as ‘cabbage’ or kupus. It’s a fast, healthy, afternoon meal you can make in about an hour. If you are apprehensive about using a pressure cooker or don’t have one at home, you can still make the cabbage stew in a regular stovetop pot. All the steps are the same, but add an additional 45-60 minutes to the cooking time. (Depending on the meat. If it’s veal shorter cooking time is ok, but if it’s a tougher cut go for the hour.)"
