  • 2 pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  1. Season the beef with 1 tablespoon of garlic salt and the black pepper.
