"This Mushroom And Feta Bisque is the perfect dinner soup. It's thick, warm, and filled with vegetables. You can make it in a Dutch oven or stock pot. It's a little easier in the Dutch oven and will cook the soup through more evenly, but you can do it in a stock pot. You don't need to have an immersion blender for this soup. It tastes really good with the large bits of mushroom in it."
