Pasta Fazule

Ingredients

  • 1 lg can chicken broth
  • 2 pound ground chuck
  • 2 lg cans diced tomatoes (Delmonte's basil garlic & oregano prefered)
  • 2 lg cans red kidney beans
  • small round pasta "Dintali"
  • oregano to taste
  • basil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

Start by combining chicken broth, beans, and tomatoes in a large pot and bring to a boil. Brown meat in a skillet and drain fat, then add to broth and tomatoe base. Season to taste and boil covered for 1/2 hour. Cook pasta seperately (al dente) and all to large pot at the end of cooking.
