Hungarian Goulash

"This isn’t a traditional Hungarian goulash, but it comes close to it. It’s easy and well quick to prepare. When i run out of ideas for weeknight dinners I turn to this recipe. One thing I have noticed every time I make this version of hungarian goulash, the leftovers just taste even better the next day. What I do? I make this in a larger amount just have some for the next day or keep some in the freezer for easy reheating."
