Ingredients
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 10 oz can Rotel original
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 15.25 oz can whole corn (drained)
- 2 – 15.5 oz cans light red kidney beans (drained)
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- Chips, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and any other toppings that you enjoy!
-
Begin by browning the hamburger meat in a skillet. Remove from skillet and drain. Add to a large soup pot: diced tomatoes, Rotel, taco seasoning, whole corn, kidney beans, and hamburger meat. Stir and bring to a boil. Serve soup over tortilla chips with the toppings of your choice. We love sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Any toppings that your family likes on tacos will work over this soup however. Dig into a bowl and enjoy!
