Turkey Taco Soup
This is a healthy, simple taco soup recipe. Using ground turkey instead of beef lightens the meal but not the flavor. It takes no time to make and tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can (16-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (16-ounce) Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (16-ounce) corn
- 1 can (16-ounce) pinto beans
- 1 package taco seasoning
Instructions
- Brown turkey and onion.
- Pour all ingredients into stock pot and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with salad and bread. Quick and delicious!
